Sacrament of Reconciliation

In Catholicism, Reconciliation (also known as Penance or Confession) is one of the seven sacraments through which a person receives God’s forgiveness for sins committed after baptism and is reconciled with God and the Church community. The sacrament involves three elements: a person’s sorrow for their sins, confession of those sins to a priest, and the priest’s absolution (forgiveness). Catholics are required to go to confession for mortal sins at least once a year, or more frequently for spiritual growth and peace.
Confessions offered:
Tuesday-Saturday immediately following the 8am Mass
Saturday 3 to 3:45pm at Saint Isidore Church.
